Welcome New Families
A letter from our Principal, Tonya Moody...
Hello Promise Road Elementary Families!
Welcome to our wonderful school community! We are thrilled to have you join us at Promise Road Elementary, where we pride ourselves on creating a joyful environment for all our students and families. Our school is a place where every child is valued, and every family is an integral part of our community. From our dedicated staff to our engaged families, we work together to make Promise Road Elementary a place where students can thrive.
I want to take a moment to share the core beliefs that guide our work and commitment to your children. These principles are at the heart of everything we do at Promise Road Elementary.
We believe in showing up with kindness and JOY.
We believe kids are #1.
We believe in educating the whole child.
We believe in the power of positive relationships.
We believe in collaboration.
We believe in giving one another and students grace.
We are incredibly excited that your student is a Promise Road Panther! We know that each student brings unique perspectives and energy to our school. It is an honor to be part of their educational journey, and we look forward to seeing them grow, learn, and soar in our incredible school community. Together, we will make this school year one filled with growth, learning, and JOY.
Your Enthusiastic Principal,
Tonya Moody

Student Services - Every school in our district offers a variety of supports for students and families from our Student Services professionals (including school counselors, school social workers, and opportunities to connect with community-based mental health resources). The Student Services team works with all students’ building skills related to school success, planning and preparing for the future, and problem solving when challenges arise.
Assistance for Students Experiencing Homelessness- The McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act is a federal law that protects the educational rights of homeless children and youth. The law ensures that students can enroll in school immediately, and remain in their home school when housing is unstable or inconsistent. If you have questions or feel that your student may qualify for support under the McKinney Vento Homeless Assistance Act, please connect with your School Social Worker for more information.
